Self-Assessment · Ten Questions

Which way of working fits how you actually operate?

Frameworks carry preconditions. Scrum assumes a stable team, one person who can decide scope, and a commitment that survives a fortnight; a scaled framework assumes enough teams and enough genuine dependency between them to be worth the coordination. Ten questions about your conditions, and we will tell you which methods those conditions support, which they would fight, and why.

It can also tell you that no framework will help yet, which is the answer for more organisations than the industry admits.
