The Operators

Seasoned. Battle-hardened. Not a euphemism.

Every engagement is led by someone who has actually done the job before, not advised on it from the outside. The names on this page are real and checkable.

Why there are only real names here

It would be easy to fill this page with impressive-sounding fictional bios: twenty years here, a household-name client there. We're not going to do that. Everyone below is real, named and checkable, and nobody appears until they have agreed to be published. Putting invented credentials in front of a prospective client is a trust problem waiting to happen, not a placeholder. What follows is the actual bar each person clears.

What "battle-hardened" actually means here

Has done the job before

Every fractional leader has held the equivalent full-time role at a comparable business, not consulted around its edges. Judgement calibrated by consequence, not just by exposure.

Has made the calls that didn't work

We look for people who can talk plainly about a decision that went wrong and what they learned from it, not just a highlight reel of what went right.

Fits the scale-up to mid-cap reality

Enterprise-scale experience doesn't automatically transfer. We look for people who've operated at a size and pace close to where our clients actually are.

Named before engagement, not after

You meet the actual person who'll be leading the work before anything is signed, never a placeholder profile that gets swapped for someone else once the contract lands.

The people who lead the work.

Every person below is named, has agreed to be published, and has held the equivalent job before, not advised on it from the outside.

UK leadership, European delivery

UK-based leadership runs every client relationship and boardroom conversation. No engagement is led from offshore. The engineering, data and category-management work is built by our European sister company, in the same time zone and to the same standard.

Leadership and delivery are quoted separately, as they are on every engagement. What the arrangement buys you is delivery capacity that already exists and already works to our standards, with one point of accountability in the UK, not a second supplier to find, brief and govern yourself.
